By participating and enrolling in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes and training sessions at Grappling-Lab BJJ Club, I acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with this activity. In spite of Grappling-Lab's dedication to safety and the highest standards of care, I acknowledge that injuries may occur due to the inherent nature of physical activities and the sport of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. This includes instances where, despite the gym's best efforts, there may be accidents or injuries resulting from unexpected events or circumstances beyond reasonable control. In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes and training sessions, I agree to release and hold harmless Grappling-Lab BJJ Club, its owners, employees, instructors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of any damages, injuries, or serious harm that may occur as a result of my participation, including any acts of carelessness or failure to act. I also grant Grappling-Lab BJJ Club, its employees, agents, and affiliates the right to use any photographs, videos, or other media captured during my participation for marketing, advertising, promotional, and social media purposes. I understand that these images may be used without further consent and without compensation. Confidentiality of Member Information: I understand and acknowledge that any personal information or data provided to Grappling-Lab BJJ Club during the registration process or any other interactions will be kept confidential. Grappling-Lab BJJ Club is committed to safeguarding this information and will not disclose, share, or sell any personal information to third parties, except as required by law or for the purpose of administering the gym's programs and services. By proceeding with the registration and enrolling in classes at Grappling-Lab BJJ Club, I confirm that I have read and understood this statement regarding the confidentiality of member information.
